RightFit Driveways is an introduction service. Any contract for driveway or paving work is made directly between you and the independent contractor.

We help customers describe their driveway or paving project and connect them with potentially suitable independent contractors.
RightFit provides a project-matching and introduction service.

RightFit does not carry out driveway or paving work and does not employ the contractors introduced through the service.
Any contractor introduced by RightFit operates as an independent business.
Any quotation, survey, appointment, payment, contract or work agreement is made directly between you and the contractor.
The contractor is responsible for:
RightFit is not a party to the contract between you and the contractor.
We match projects using information such as location, project type, contractor services, availability, service area and network status.
A match or introduction means that the contractor appears potentially suitable based on the information available to us. It is not a guarantee of their availability, suitability, workmanship or pricing.
We do not search every contractor in the market and cannot guarantee that we will find a contractor for every project.
Contractors may pay RightFit to participate in the network, receive project opportunities or obtain priority access. Commercial participation may affect the order in which suitable contractors are contacted, but it does not guarantee that one contractor is better than another. This reflects RightFit's supplier-routing business model.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your project.
Before appointing a contractor, you should:
You are not required to appoint any contractor introduced through RightFit.
There is currently no charge for customers to submit a standard enquiry or receive contractor introductions.
You remain responsible for any costs agreed directly with a contractor.
Any future optional paid RightFit service will be clearly explained and priced before you agree to purchase it.
We use your information to manage your enquiry and identify suitable contractors.
By submitting an enquiry, you authorise us to share relevant project and contact details with selected contractors where necessary to provide the service.

We will provide our own matching and introduction service with reasonable care and skill.
However, RightFit is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent contractors, including:
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory consumer rights.
You may ask us to stop matching contractors or close your enquiry at any time.
Closing your RightFit enquiry does not automatically cancel any appointment or agreement made directly with a contractor. You must contact the contractor separately.
We may refuse or close an enquiry where information is false, the service is being misused, the project falls outside our scope or continuing the enquiry would create a legal, safety or operational concern.
Guides, estimated prices, timescales and other information on the website are provided for general guidance only.
They do not replace a property inspection, professional advice or a contractor's written quotation.
We may update these terms when our service or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects the legal rights available to you as a UK consumer.
